Origin

Since 1797, Maison Martin-Pouret has been developing unique know-how, which allows it to make products of unrivalled quality.

Preparation

The fact that we have been master vinegar-makers in Orléans since 1797 doesn’t stop us exploring new territories. Based on our know-how, we wanted to develop a 100% French ketchup which gives pride of place to tomatoes and our barrel-aged white wine vinegar.

Ideas for use

Delicious, subtly vinegary and spicy, it is less sweet than a classic ketchup and does not contain any additives. It will be the final touch to enhance your home-made chips and all kinds of grills.

Ingredients

Pulp and concentrate from French tomatoes (61%), Martin-Pouret white wine vinegar (24%), sugar, salt, plant fibre, seaweed, spices, natural flavour. Contains celery and sulphites.
