Use:
Panko is used for a wide variety of fried foods, such as pork and prawns, chicken katsu and oysters, to name a few. It is also used in the famous Japanese hambagu meatballs. Finally, you can simply sprinkle it on your dishes to add crunch, from pasta to salads.
Storage:
Store in a dry place, away from light, at room temperature.
